Nagar Panchayat Chhutmalpur (NPC) is an urban local body committed for providing necessary community services water supply, sewerage and sanitation, encroachments on public land, birth registration and death certificate, street lighting etc to the people of the Chhutmalpur. NPC is very well known for the managing the city by using private sector participation as well as introduction of innovative mechanism in management to serve people efficiently. Town has prepared different plans for improving services and to nullify gap between services and demands.
